RENDAIR AI AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between:

As registered through Tapfiliate with valid contact and payment information
(“Affiliate”)
Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms under which the Affiliate will promote Rendair AI’s products and services through marketing activities using the Tapfiliate platform.

2. Affiliate Obligations
The Affiliate agrees to:
• Promote Rendair AI via unique tracking links provided by Tapfiliate.
• Ensure that all promotional efforts are accurate, ethical, and in line with Rendair AI’s brand and values.
• Avoid false claims, misleading promotions, or tactics that may damage Rendair AI’s reputation.

3. Compensation
The Affiliate will earn commission based on successful referrals according to the program structure detailed in the Tapfiliate dashboard, which may include:
• A fixed or percentage-based commission per sale
• Bonuses for reaching milestones (if applicable)
• Lifetime or recurring commissions for active subscribers (if applicable)
All commissions will be visible through the Tapfiliate dashboard.

4. Payment Terms
• Payouts will be made through the preferred payment method provided in the Affiliate’s Tapfiliate profile.
• Payments are subject to a standard validation and approval period (e.g., 30 days) to account for refunds or chargebacks.
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply (e.g., $50 USD).
• Rendair AI reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activity is detected.

5. License & Use of Materials
Rendair AI grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use promotional assets (banners, logos, etc.) solely for the purpose of participating in the affiliate program.
The Affiliate grants Rendair AI the right to reference their participation in the program for promotional or testimonial purposes, unless requested otherwise in writing.

6. Term & Termination
• This Agreement remains effective as long as the Affiliate participates in the program via Tapfiliate.
• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
• Upon termination, any outstanding commissions due will be paid after validation.
• Rendair AI may terminate the agreement and forfeit unpaid commissions in the event of policy violation or abuse.

7. Miscellaneous
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
• Modifications to the affiliate program (rates, rules, structure) may be made by Rendair AI at any time and will be communicated via Tapfiliate or email.
• By joining the program via Tapfiliate, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein.
